The washed material is dried and dehydrated using the far infrared ray and then the dried material is roasted. TF TECHNOLOGY FOCUS - FOOD - Preferred Components: The vegetable raw material includes sesame,Perilla frutescens,black sesame (all preferred),soybeans,pine nut,pumpkin seed,lotus seeds,mulberry seed,brown rice,peanut,Oenothera,rapeseed,or walnut. Preferred Method: The step (b)is carried out by irradiating far infrared rays for more than twice with rotating the far-infrared ray distributor in predetermined temperature and rotational speed,and discharging the vegetable oil. The step (b)includes (b1)removing water from the vegetable raw material by irradiating far-infrared rays at 80-100 degrees C for 5-15 minutes and rotating the far-infrared ray distributor at high speed of 40-60 Hz for 2-7 seconds,and low-speed rotation of 15-25 Hz 15-20 seconds,(b2)primarily roasting at 130-150 degrees C for 5-20 minutes by rotating the far-infrared ray distributor at high speed of 40-60 Hz for 2-7 seconds,and low-speed rotation of 15-25 Hz 15-20 seconds sequentially performing for greater than or equal to 20 times,and (b3)secondarily roasting at 140-160 degrees C for 5-10 minutes under high speed rotation of 40-60 Hz for 4-7 seconds,and low speed rotation of 15-25 Hz for 15-20 seconds sequentially performing for greater than or equal to 10 times. The step (b3)is carried out at 160 degrees C for 5-10 minutes when the vegetable raw material is sesame seeds,and black sesame. The step (b)further comprises (b4)aging by reducing the temperature of greater than or equal to 5-10% under high rotation speed of 40-60Hz for 2-7 seconds,and low-speed rotation of 15-25 Hz for 15-20 seconds sequentially performing for greater than or equal to 10 times. The discharging is carried out by rotating the roasted vegetable raw material at high speed. The step (d)includes (d1)preparing a milking machine including a pressing surface and a milking surface,(d2)introducing the roasted vegetable raw material discharged from the far-infrared ray distributor into by using a screw type exploder,and (d3)instantaneously compressing and milking. The step (d)is carried out by heating at 180 degrees C,instantaneously introducing in the machine and compressing. The step (c)is carried out at less than or equal to 40 degrees C for 1-4 hours. The step (e)is carried out by using a filter paper containing pulp and diatomaceous earth under predetermined capacity of 200-800 ml and air pressure of greater than or equal to 2 atmosphere. The method further comprises (f)bottling.
